Step 1:
Students complete the Orange Card Application for the event/field trip and bring it to the front office for Mrs. Jensen to approve.  Please note, there is a 2-Day turnaround time for Orange Card approvals, so do not wait until the last minute to submit.

Step 2: 
Mrs. Jensen will then verify Orange Card eligibility, and either approve or deny the application.

Step 3:
Students will come to the front office to check the status of their Orange Card approval.  Orange Cards will be handed back to the student to give to their instructor in order to participate in the event/field trip on the nearest Grade Pull Wednesday.  If an Orange Card Application has been denied, a reason will be given.  The student must then rectify the reason(s) for the denial and reapply for another Orange Card.

Step 4:
Grade pull reports are run every other Wednesday (see the schedule below for exact dates). If a student becomes academically ineligible, or has any unserved detentions they will be removed from the event/field trip until the next grade pull and detention reports are run.
